View/update your account information

Individual subscribers can view their account information and make changes to their account information in our e-commerce system. Please note: If you are logging into this system for the first time but have ordered journals from us before, please use the “forgot password” option rather than “register”

Information about print subscriptions

  • All postage and handling is already included in the price of a print subscription.
  • It is the policy of the University of Nebraska Press to charge the “individual” subscription rate if a subscription is paid for by a personal check or credit card. Otherwise, the institutional rate applies.
  • Once a subscription order is placed, no cancellations are allowed.
  • With a few exceptions, our print subscriptions are volume-based. That means your one-year subscription will consist of issues from the same volume. Unless you tell us specifically which volume you wish to subscribe to, we will determine the most logical volume, and, therefore, starting issue, for your subscription.
  • Please notify us in advance of any address changes. When contacting us, provide both the old and new address.
  • We will honor claims for missing or damaged issues for six months after the original mailing date of an issue. All claims should be sent to the University of Nebraska Press, not the journal’s editor or its related society. (The exception is Western American Literature. Both orders and claims must be directed to the Western Literature Association.)
