In order to give our customers a better experience, we plan to launch a new e-commerce system on January 10, 2023. Besides giving you a more streamlined ordering process, you will be able to process address changes and check the status of your subscriptions online.

You will receive new login credentials the first time you visit the new e-commerce site.

  • If you have previously placed an order with the University of Nebraska Press, either online, by mail, or by phone, use the “Forgot Password” function with the email we have on file for you to receive an email with your Customer ID and link for setting a new password. (If you know your Customer ID-it is located on renewal notices-you can use it to get the password reset email.)
  • If you are a new customer, you will need to register for a new account.

If you have a subscription to the e-version of one of our journals, you should have received an email from us and another from Project MUSE with new instructions for accessing your subscription. If you did not receive those emails, please contact us at journals@unl.edu.
